At AMT Mart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned with its original packaging and all accessories (if applicable).

  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

  • Products without original packaging.

  • Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened or used.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method where applicable.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

  • Damaged during shipping.

  • Defective.

  • Incorrectly delivered.

If you require an exchange, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may still request a return if your order meets the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
